如果您使用软水，至少每年除垢一次水
注意：如果您使用硬水，一年请除垢两次。（如果您不知道您使用的水质类型，请检查您的水箱-硬水更容易留下水渍）
现在就订购除垢剂 - 每次使用后，请丢弃已用胶囊
- 定时更换水箱里的水，并重新注入新鲜饮用水
- 定时清扫胶囊容器及滴水托盘。内置奶沫机在每次使用之后都需要启动自动除垢程序
- 在您第一次制作咖啡之前，请选择任意一种咖啡类型，不放置胶囊，冲泡一杯水。
这么做可以预热您的杯子，同时冲洗萃取系统。
平均来说，我们的咖啡机有60%是可以回收的。现在，Nespresso的会员们可以将咖啡机回收至购买门店或任何电器商店。在欧洲，欧盟颁布的WEEE（Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment）自2003年开始，为消费者回收电子设备提供了框架基础。
所有的Nespresso机型都配备了19巴的压力泵，为刺穿胶囊薄膜和充分释放咖啡900余种香气提供高压。
Nespresso胶囊的形状经过特别设计。确保在萃取过程中，水流均匀流过咖啡胶囊。同时，温度及水流时间也经过精密设计，保证每一种珍贵的香气都被充分释放。

If the capsule container is lit up in red, it means that the water tank is almost empty.
If it's lit up in red and the water tank is full, try the following steps:- Empty the water tank and fill it with fresh water
- Clean the bottom of the water tank with a soft cloth.

If there is no light, it means that the machine switches itself OFF automatically after 9
mins. This time can be changed to 30 mins.
Procedure:- Switch the machine OFF.
- Press the Espresso and Lungo buttons simultaneously, then press the ON/OFF button.
- If the light is flashing irregularly, please call the call center.
如果没有咖啡流出，请检查
- 出水管没有被夹在水箱和机身之间
- 以及水箱位置是否正确
- 咖啡机是否开机(lights ON)
- 如果流出咖啡很少，说明需要清除咖啡机的水垢.
可移动水箱可以容纳0.7升的水。咖啡机缺水时，机身侧边的红色背光灯将会亮起（灯呈蓝/灰表示水量充足），您可以不用移动水箱，直接给水箱加水。
